The 16th Electronic Warfare Squadron (16 EWS) at Peterson SFB (PSFB), CO has a requirement for Wideband Global SATCOM Network (WGS) certified Ka-Band and spare parts for existing Ultra Group Gigasat FA-240 and FA-180 antennas. The parts will serve a mission critical piece in upgrading the in-house monitoring detection suite, MACE, for monitoring on higher frequencies that cannot currently be serviced by the system and will allow for long-lasting sustainability for the existing antennas. Ka-Band functionality significantly increases the range of super-high frequency spectrum that can be monitored for electromagnetic interference. See attached Sources Sought document for more details.
