To Summarize Changes: Air Testing and Ventilation is required and must be completed by contractor during abatement. Building 1000 Room 1207 wooden base will be replaced with cove base Bldg. 617 will use same rolled matting as Building 1000 Room 1207 and cove base will be installed. Rooms will be scheduled for replacement by priority as stated in SOW. Additional area has been added to Bldg 308 increase square footage to 676 Sq Ft. (See Attachment 4.1. This requirement consists of purchase and install of carpet and rubber flooring within the Cheyenne Mountain Space Force complex. In addition to purchase and install the requirement will include removal of existing flooring and asbestos abatement in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination and transportation required purchase and install new carpet for locations listed below within the Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS) complex: o Bldg. 308 o Bldg. 315 o Bldg. 617 o Bldg. 1000 Rm. 1207 o Bldg. 3000 Rm. 3202/3203 o Bldg. 3000 Rm. 3305,A,B, 3306, 3307,A,B,C, 3308 This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.
