This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), FA2517-21-Q-9002 is for Roman Catholic Priest services to plan, organize, and conduct non-personal services for the Catholic community at the Peterson-Schriever Garrison in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotations received. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 813110 – Religious Organizations. The size standard is $8M. The PSC for this requirement is U009 –Education/Training- General. IAW DFARS 219.270-2 the Contracting Officer’s intent is to make the requested services available to as many small business concerns and non-profit organizations as possible. DFARS 252.219-7012 Competition for Religious-Related Services will apply to this acquisition. See Attachments for more details.
