This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Department of Defense, United States Space Force at Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO, is requesting a quote for the purchase and delivery of IT equipment in accordance with (IAW) specifications identified in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Only written quotes will be accepted in response to this RFQ; no oral offer will be accepted. A single award will be issued as a result of the evaluation of quotes received. The technical evaluation and technical acceptability will be based on the ability of the offeror to quote all items IAW the specifications referenced in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. Prior to making an award, the contracting officer will make a price fair and reasonable determination IAW FAR 13.106-3. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5930 – Switches. The size standard is 1,250 employees. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. All questions must be submitted no later than 23 September 2021 by 3:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time.
