The contractor shall provide all non-personal services necessary to perform Transient Alert (TA) services to include but are not limited to management, arrival services, processing services, departure services, emergency services, special event services, Distinguished Visitor (DV) services, exercise support, order and turn-in of parts to/from the Air Force (AF) Supply System, requested vehicle escorts and other services, as described in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor will also perform necessary Aerospace Ground Equipment Maintenance (AGE) to include preventative maintenance, inspections, and unscheduled maintenance. All work performed requires adherence to appropriate Air Force Instructions (AFIs), Technical Orders (TOs), Air Force Manuals (AFMAN), and Peterson Air Force Base Procedures/Instructions. All personnel performing TA services must have current and valid professional aircraft maintenance certifications and licenses, and validated knowledge of aircraft practices and procedures. The contractor is responsible for maintaining employee certifications and providing training. Please see attchments for further details.
