The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including, management, tools, materials, equipment, freight and labor necessary for maintenance and support of the NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) Video Telecommunication (VTC) Tier 3 level support services at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB), Colorado. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing original equipment manufacturer authorized repair and replacement for all equipment covered within the scope of the contract. Additionally, the contractor shall possess a Gold Level Master Crestron Programmer certificate and a Top Secret security clearance in accordance with Attchment 1, Performance Work Statement and Attachment 2, VTC Tier 3 Inventory and Coverage Levels. See attached documents. Amendment 1- Changes have been made to the PWS, see Atch 1 and revised Atch 2Inventory and Coverage . Atchs 3 and 7 have been updated as well. Planar Systems, located on Tab 3, N2C2 Display Wall Eqpt, has been removed and will now fall under CLIN 0003, VTC Tier 3 Materials, to support break fix hardware replacements.
