14 October 2020: The purpose of this amendment is to provide to the public synopsis of award. Award, FA2517-20-P-0069, was made on 29 September 2020 to Glowlink Communications Technology Inc. in the amount of $434,630.00. This solicitation will close fifteen (15) days from this date. The Department of Defense, United States Space Force (USSF) Delta 7, 72ISR at Peterson AFB Colorado Springs, Colorado is submitting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Glowlink Single Satellite Geolocation (SSG) Software Maintenance Renewal for twelve (12) months and 280 hours of on-site and remote contractor support to conduct Glowlink operator training, database stewardship, system enhancements, and troubleshooting. This includes travel for one trip from Mountain View, CA to Colorado Springs, CO and on trip from Mountain View, CA to Dayton, OH. In Accordance With (IAW) specifications identified in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Only a written quote will be accepted in response, no oral offer will be accepted. In addition and due to mission requirements, the USSF Delta 7, 72ISRS is required to maintain the Arc Storm system currently installed at Peterson AFB, CO with SSG and yearly training for new employees. Arc Storm is a fully integrated, commercial off-the-shelf, ground-based satellite signal characterization and geolocation system to detect, characterize, and geolocate interference to commercial satellite communications. The SSG maintenance renewal and training is proprietary to Glowlink. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) with an estimated period of performance of twelve (12) months from receipt of award to Glowlink.
