This requirement is for a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance system and non-personal services for installation of a CCTV system and the removal of the current outdated analog CCTV system in building 1844 on Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB). System to include multiple external cameras to provide 360 degree coverage of the outside of the building and multiple internal cameras to monitor all internal and external access points. RFQ Amendment 5: the launguage in Section 12(c)(i) was discovered to be from a different requirement. The language was changed to reflect the wording used in the RFP for this requirement. The evaluation process remains unchanged. Please check to see if this changes your proposal at all. This amendment also extends the due date to 12:00 PM MST 26 August. RFQ Amendment 4: extends the proposal deadline to 12:00 PM MST 25 August 2020. This time extention will allow vendors to add themselves under the new NAICS Code in SAM. RFQ Amendment 3: changes the NAICS code from 561621 to 334290 - Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The change was neccessary due to this being a supply type contract and not a service. Wage Determination Attachment removed. RFQ Amendment 2: extends the proposal due date to 12:00 PM 21 August MST and extends questions deadline to 12:00 PM 20 August MST. Amendment 2 also includes three (3) additional clauses (52.204-24, 52.204-25, 52.204-26) that must be completed and returned with the proposal.
