The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, travel, material, tools and supervision to replace four (4) walk-in refrigerators and one (1) freezer at Aragon Dining Facility, Peterson AFB, CO, in accordance with the solicitation and the revised Statement of Work dated 5 September 2019. Amendment 1 adds the following verbiage to the SOW: NOTE: THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL GRADE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM THAT POWERS/SUPPORTS WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR BOXES AND WALK-IN FREEZER BOX WILL NOT BE REPLACED. HOWEVER, IN THE PROCESS OF REPLACING THE WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR BOXES AND THE WALK-IN FREEZER BOX, THE CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED TO UNINSTALL AND THEN REINSTALL THE CURRENT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM. Amendment 2 changes the following: 1. Corrects the date of associated SOW in RFQ. 2. Incorporates Attachment #2 - DFAC Walk-in Refrigerators & Freezer Q&A Amendment 3 changes verbiage in the SOW. 1. The word "INSTALL" is changed to "CONNECT". Thus, the verbiage will hereby read: HOWEVER, IN THE PROCESS OF REPLACING THE WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR BOXES AND THE WALK-IN FREEZER BOX, THE CONTRACTOR MAY BE REQUIRED TO DISCONNECT AND THEN RECONNECT THE CURRENT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM. 2. Corrects the date of associated SOW in RFQ. Amendment 4 changes the following: 1. Response date is changed from Wednesday, 11 September 2019, 4:00 P.M. MST to Monday, 16 September 2019, 4:00 P.M. MST. Amendment 5 changes the following: 1. Revised SOW dated 13 September 2019 is incorporated into RFQ. 2. Adds Cooler/Evaporator unit with solenoid information for each walk-in box. 3. Changes response date to Tuesday, 17 September 2019, 4:00 P.M. MST. Amendment 6 changes the following: 1. Adds Angle box modification to each walk-in refrigerator box and walk-in freezer box in SOW 2. Clarifies Galvalume technical information for exterior of Thaw Box Cooler and Freezer Box in SOW. 3. Revised SOW dated 17 September 2019 is incorporated into RFQ. 4. Revised Attachment 2 - DFAC Walk-in Refrigerators & Freezer Q&A dated 17 September 2019 is incorporated into RFQ. 5. Changes response date to Wednesday, 18 September 2019, 4:00 P.M. MST. 6. NO FURTHER QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED/ADDRESSED AFTER 4:00 P.M. 17 September 2019.
