The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, travel, material, tools and supervision to replace front of house (FoH) kitchen equipment at Aragon Dining Facility, Peterson AFB, CO in accordance with the solicitation, the Statement of Work, and associated attachments. Amendment 1 changes the following: 1. Corrects the length of serving tables from 88" to 167" in CLIN 0006 of RFQ and SOW. 2. Corrects the power supply of serving tables from single phase to three phase in CLIN 0006 of RFQ and SOW. 3. Adds cutout to serving tables for 48" flat griddle and at least 18" x 12" for fill faucet sink in CLIN 0006 of RFQ and SOW. 4. Adds full serve sneeze guard glass front to serving tables in CLIN 0006 of RFQ and SOW. 5. Adds electrical code requirement for circuit breaker/electrical panel underneath serving tables in CLIN 0006 of RFQ and SOW. 6. Corrects description of item in image #3 from "Worktop Freezer" to "Refrigerated Equipment Stand" and updates technical information of item in CLIN 0003 of RFQ and SOW. 7. CLIN 0007 of RFQ and SOW, Combi Oven Electric (full size sheet pan), is removed from this requirement. 8. Attachment 8, Image #7 Combi Oven full size sheet pan, is removed from this requirement. Amendment 2 changes the following: 1. Response date is changed from Wednesday, 11 September 2019, 4:00 P.M. MST to Monday, 16 September 2019, 4:00 P.M. MST.
