The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources to provide non-personal services including, management, tools, materials, equipment, freight and labor necessary to perform wash services on aircraft. Attached is a draft of the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance will be no more than 5 years. Performance is to start 1 October 2019. The anticipated solicitation will be a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation.
