Supply, deliver, install and train on the nomal usage of commercial grade appliances in a cafe-like setting. Items shall be received by the Government no later than 30 November 2019. There is an optional site visit for offerors to attend on Thursday, 19 September 2019 from 09:00 AM MDT until 10:00 AM MDT. Prospective vendors are responsible for obtaining access to Peterson AFB. Prospective vendors must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws as well as the rules and regulations of Peterson AFB. If a prospective vendor does not have base access, contact the listed contacts below so that coordination with Security Forces may occur. Any vendor wanting to attend the site visit that does not have base access will need to contact the below contacts no later than 3:00 PM MDT, 18 September 2019. Any vendor wanting to attend the site visit that does not have base access will need to be at the Peterson AFB Visitor's Center by 08:00 AM MDT on the day of the site visit. Offerors shall submit any questions regarding this acquisition to Selby Barron at selby.barron.1@us.af.mil and Ryan McConnell at ryan.mcconnell@us.af.mil, no later than 10:00 AM MDT on 23 September 2019.
