This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming sole source solicitation. AFTC/PZIE, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order for antennas under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) to Haigh-Farr Inc. The associated NAICS is 334220. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001 Telemetry Wraparound Antennas: Total estimated quantity is 90 units. Delivered to: EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 5 months after contract award on a FOB Destination basis. CLIN 0002: Dual-band Wraparound Antenna: Total estimated quantity is 25 units. Delivered to: EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 5 months after contract award on a FOB Destination basis. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received by 2:00 PM CST, 20 November 2019. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
