This requirement will be solicited under a separate notice. All respondents that submitted a proposal are requested to provide proposal disposition instructions to this notice by 19 Dec 2023 at 1300. If no response is received the proposal submitted will be purged from Government systems. Amendment 2: The date for file conversion demonstration stated in the SOO has changed from 13 July to 17 July. Amendment 1: Question response timeframe has been extended to NLT 12 Jul 2023 at 11:00 am Central Time. Eglin AFB is conducting a commercial solutions opening (CSO) Call, under the Finding Agile Solutions for test (FAST) CSO FA9302-21-S-C001, authorized by Section 803 of the FY22NDAA, Authority to Acquire Innovative Commercial Products and Commercial Services using General Solicitation Competitive Procedures. This provides the DoD with permanent CSO authority codified in 10 U.S.C. 3458. Under a CSO, the Air Force may competitively award proposals received in response to a general solicitation, similar to a broad agency announcement, to acquire innovative commercial items, technologies, and services, based on a review of proposals by scientific, technological, or other subject-matter expert peers within the Air Force. The Air Force intends to obtain “innovative” solutions or potential new capabilities that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide potential technology advancements. Solutions may include existing technologies or procedures that are not currently in use by units at various locations that would enhance or streamline their mission capabilities. This CSO contains a single broadly defined area of interest. A complete copy of the solicitation is available. However, offerors shall e-mail a copy of their DD2345 to the Contracting Officer and Government Program Manager if interested in obtaining a copy of the complete solicitation.
