This contract supports Flight Test Support Services for the 96th Test Wing (96TW), 96th Cyberspace Test Group (96CTG) for ongoing United States Air Force and Department of Defense, Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation efforts, as well as Operational Test and Evaluation of communications, surveillance, and other airborne and ground based electronic systems. The contractor will provide aircraft and labor to support six functional areas to include C6ISR Systems, Datalinks and Tactical Communications, Sensors and Defensive Systems, Mission Planning Systems, and Information Assurance. This action is a non-personal, commercial contract to provide Flight Test Support Services. Under the contemplated contract, Contractor will provide the following services: 1) Provide aircraft, both fast movers and slow movers for support of systems under test; 2) Provide aircraft modifications (i.e., test equipment racks, antennae) necessary for support of systems under test; and 3) Provide personnel for flight test, (i.e., aircraft pilots, aircraft mechanics, and facility manager all with SECRET Security Clearances) as per mission requirements. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, this contract has been awarded sole source.
