END OF CHANGES This is a solicitation for the Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), and Services Management Office (PZZC for a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for services in support of the Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Maintenance. These services include dispatching, servicing, inspecting, cleaning, corrosion control, modification and maintenance of powered/non-powered Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), munitions material handling trailers/components, and equipment other than AGE. In addition, the service provider shall provide AGE familiarization training, operate an Aqua-Miser E-75 Ultra High Pressure Water Blast System, operate a paint booth, manage the flightline waste fluids program and manage a hazardous material issue point. The service provider shall also provide support to 96 Test Wing customers maintained under support agreements. This acquisition will be a competitive 100% (8a) small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488190 with a small business standard size of $35M. This is a presolicitation notice for the Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), and Services Management Office (PZZC) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for services in support of the Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Maintenance. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
