The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Delta Information Systems, Inc. for a proprietary firmware upgrade to the Digital Video Encoder Model 6008R. The upgrade will integrate IRIG-106 Chapter 10 UDP capability to support airborne instrumentation for the 896th Test Support Squadron at Eglin AFB, Florida. Award is anticipated in August 2026. The Government has determined that no other vendor can meet this requirement due to Delta’s exclusive proprietary rights and access to source code. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration, but this is not a competitive solicitation.
