The 46th Test Squadron/TGBC requires expert technical services to provide sustaining maintenance, essential upgrades, and comprehensive support for the FGDS System. This effort is intended to keep the FGDS System aligned with the F-35 aircraft’s developmental baseline as directed by the F-35 Joint Program Office. The contractor must supply all personnel, services, and management for system sustainment, on-call technical support, configuration management, and engineering support. The scope also includes support for F-35 Block 4 enhancements tied to the Communication, Navigation, Identification (CNI) Avionics Suite. All work must comply with the security controls in the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) or as directed by AFI 17-101.
