Request for Proposal (RFP) - Resilient Missile Warning Tracking (RMWT) Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Ground Entry Points (GEPs)
SDA has released a final RFP for the Resilient Missile Warning Tracking Low Earth Orbit Ground Entry Points effort, covering site civils; procurement, installation, integration, test, and verification of communications shelters, antennas/electronics, optical terminals/electronics, test hardware training and onsite test support, and networking equipment/software. Performance will occur at multiple globally dispersed locations. The complete RFP package includes an IDIQ base and Task Order 1 statements of work, model contracts, CDRLs, proposal instructions, evaluation factors, ordering procedures, and pricing/personnel templates; CUI and classified documents are available only upon request through the designated Government inbox. Written questions may be submitted through 4:00 PM Eastern Time on October 2, 2026, and no phone calls or one-on-one meeting requests will be accepted. This acquisition is subject to availability of funds, and the Government may award no contract depending on proposal quality and continuing need.
