The contractor will replicate standardized, pre-designed AV/VTC modular architectures (Small/Huddle, Medium, and Large templates) using an approved baseline of Crestron NVX switching, Samsung displays, Biamp DSPs, and Cisco Webex Codecs. Deliverables include complete hardware integration, custom control software configuration, site-specific CAD engineering drawings, testing, and security accreditation inheritance. The contractor will also provide an integrated support model combining onsite AV/VTC support with specialized engineering, security, quality, and program management. Support begins after installation and continues for 12 months after final handover and acceptance of all conference rooms, with two additional option periods.
