The wargaming software was originally developed under a SBIR I, II, and III and therefore the data is covered by the SBIR data rigths. This IDIQ was awarded on 28 SEP 2022 in accordance with the Wargaming Justification and Approval document. The Government requires a potential enterprise solution to support wargaming capabilities in support of the USAF and DoD. The development of these tools will not only include data optimization and enhanced data integration, but also provide expanded capabilities for analyzing the operational, logistics and sustainment limitations and capabilities of the force. The suite of tools will be used in post-wargame or post-event analyses events. The Contractor shall provide analysis of systems and other such activities, which may include modeling and simulation to determine the trade-offs of the following (but not limited to): capability gaps, requirements, technology development, engineering, risk, cost, sustainment, test and evaluation, maintenance, and scheduling. The analysis may be used to determine the best investment strategy and resource allocation for a program or element of an operation. This analysis may also include life-cycle cost analysis, business case analysis or analysis of alternatives for various capabilities associated with system planning and operations.
