NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD - AFRL has awarded a sole source contract to The University of Dayton Research Institute (CAGE: 50280) for the acquisition of a Hybrid Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy Research and Development Considered Operationally Relevant and Explainable. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared IAW FAR 6.302-1.
