The JADPACT Project seeks industry solutions for Human-Machine Teaming concepts that use AI/automation to support Battle Managers and advance C2 Decision Advantage in alignment with the ABMS Transformational Model and CJADC2 decision-advantage goals. It aims to explore diverse AI/automation approaches for Battle Management, involve warfighters in AI/autonomy development, and identify where AI augmentation can assist Battle Managers. The effort seeks unique, innovative solutions to technical requirements so cutting-edge AI/automation can be leveraged and adapted to Battle Manager needs. A virtual Ask Me Anything session is scheduled for 15 October 2026 from 1200–1300 EST, and the M-DASH event is tentatively scheduled for 25 January–4 February 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The DAF ABMS CFT provides a quantitative C2 model covering Command, Plan, and Battle Management decision domains integrated with Battle Analysis, decomposed through the TM-DA using model-based systems engineering.
