This is an Individual J&A for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the follow-on contract to PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. for Training Simulation Systems Operation, Maintenance and Hardware / Software support on Government owned equipment for the E-3GAirborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) Block 40/45 Mission Crew Training Set (MCTS) and E-7A Wedgetail Distributed Operational Mission Simulator (DOMS).Under the MCTS Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Contract F8730-20-C-0009, PLEXSYS was issued a sole source contract for the: system operation, maintenance, hardware/ software engineering support and provided products with restricted rights for the total of 8 E-3G Mission Crew Training Sets (MCTS). As part of the follow-on MCTS sole source contract, PLEXSYS will perform all the following tasks; MCTS and DOMS operations, maintenance, active Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) management, hardware/software updates to the field systems, Distributed Mission Operations Network (DMON) Mission Package (MPT) updates and hardware/ software support to the 558th Software Engineering Squadron (SWES) to support Combat Air Forces (CAF) MCTS operations worldwide. This new contract is planned for award in August 2024. All services will be conducted at USAF-designated locations worldwide. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be for four (4) years (Aug 2024 - July 2028) comprised of a one (1)-year base period with three (3) one (1)-year service option periods. Request for a total of four (4) years is based on the current estimated scheduled transition the E-7A Wedgetail Aircraft and Simulators.
