AN/TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking a contractor to provide worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for TMQ-53 systems from FY26 to FY31, with performance primarily at Hanscom AFB, MA, and no requirement for overseas travel. The effort includes program management, logistics, maintenance, cybersecurity, and system upgrades, and is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541990 with a $19.5M annual receipts size standard. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity vehicle with a four-year base ordering period and a six-month extension option. Proposals must state a 180-day validity period, and funds are not currently available, meaning no award will be made until funding is secured. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation without reimbursement of costs.
