This RFP seeks a contractor to provide one VORTAC system, one ILS/DME system, and one Weather Radar system for installation at Kucova Air Base in Albania. The systems must be commercially available and meet specified technical requirements to support Albanian and NATO aircraft under both visual and instrument flight rules. The performance location for the services and installation is Kucova Air Base, Albania. The Government intends to award a single contract, but its obligation is contingent upon the availability of funds. A Government site survey has already been conducted at the air base.
