The space must accommodate approximately 80 personnel in about 11,200 sq ft ABOA, include at least one 500 sq ft conference room for 25 people, support commercial internet/Wi-Fi installation, provide parking, and indicate furniture/outfitting status. Respondents should describe current and upgradeable security classification capabilities, including Unclassified, Secret/Collateral, TS/SCI, or JWICS, with partial, mixed, or upgradeable configurations encouraged. The Government seeks availability for 3–5 years with target move-in date TBD and requests a non-binding fully serviced gross rental rate range, including utilities/janitorial/CAM and any tenant improvement or utility costs.
