The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center seeks qualified systems integrators for the Tactical Multi-Mission Over-the-Horizon Radar (TACMOR), an MTA Rapid Prototyping effort to field a remotely operated OTHR capability in the Indo-Pacific / USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility. The integrator would design, develop, produce, install, operate, and sustain the full lifecycle, including a bistatic transmit/receive architecture with geographically separated sites in austere environments. Required solutions include self-sustained power and fuel, physical and electronic security, remote monitoring, secure backhaul, environmental resilience, and integration with a centralized Radar Operations Control Center. The Government will furnish land, MILCON, and prepared transmit/receive sites, and may provide black transport via fiber with SATCOM backup, with cryptographic and backhaul details in a CUI technical data package. Anticipated award is FY2027 with performance through FY2029, and respondents must demonstrate mature technical, industrial-base, software, and workforce capabilities to achieve full integration and system sell-off by 30 September 2029.
