The purpose of this effort is to maintain the VTC and A/V system in conference room 149 of building 1624 located at 5 Eglin Street, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731 and in conference room 120 of building 1630 lo... The purpose of this effort is to maintain the VTC and A/V system in conference room 149 of building 1624 located at 5 Eglin Street, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731 and in conference room 120 of building 1630 located at 75 Vandenberg Drive, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. Maintenance will be required for both the current VTC and A/V systems in conference rooms 149 and 120. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for the ensuring system remains functional, replacing parts as needed, general maintenance, on call/site support, and training users on replacement parts as needed.
