The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is conducting an RFI for industry capabilities to provide operations, maintenance, and continuous modernization of the Multi-X Security (MXS) Platform. The platform is cloud-native, multi-tenant, supports Protection Level 3 software development, and operates across Unclassified, Secret//SAR, Top Secret//SAR, and TS//SCI//SAR cloud environments. The contractor would provide 24/7/365 platform operations, DevSecOps/CI-CD, telemetry, enterprise ICAM and certificate services, managed database and API mediation, tenant onboarding, Tier 1–3 service desk, and RMF/ATO cybersecurity sustainment. Personnel must hold active Top Secret clearances and applicable DoD 8140 certifications at contract award, with SCI/SAP access obtainable within 30 days of award, and the contractor must maintain accredited SCIF/SAPF facilities within 30 days of award. This RFI is for market research only, not a solicitation, and seeks feedback on cost models, contract structure, and a contemplated pass/fail Phase 1 gate.
