Notice of Intent to Consolidate D&F for Air Force Systems Networking (AFSN) Network Engineering and Integration Services (NEIS) In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), this posting provides notification of the Department of the Air Force's intent to consolidate the following contract requirements for the AFSN NEIS, FA8772-23-R-0001, acquisition: AFSN Support, FA8771-17-C-0005 Performance Team/User Experience Testing and USAFE Command and Control/Network Support, FA8075-20-F0072 Capabilities Integration Environment Support, FA8772-18-F-1017 AFSN NEIS is considered a proposed consolidated contract action with justifiable benefits. As such, consolidation is necessary and justified because of the following quantitative benefits and qualitative mission improvements benefits summarized below: Cost efficiencies Quality improvements that will save time and improve performance Reduce acquisition cycle times/costs This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in the form of quotes, offers, or proposals are not requested. The Government is under no obligation to solicit or award a contract because of this announcement.
