The Vermont Air National Guard 158th Fighter Wing (158 FW), is seeking sources for catered lunches to support Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) periods (10 Saturday and Sunday meal services with 1 Thursday through Sunday meal service). This service contract will require (self-contained) catering operations at South Burlington, VT as well as seeking industry interest. This is an alternative solution to the current food service requirement that is in the 8(a) Program. The Mission Support Contracting Office (158 MSC) is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services to provide catered meals. The Government is seeking potential sources for an initial firm fixed price contract of up twelve (12) months of catered meal service. For this requirement, the contractor's tasks shall include a capability statement and past performance that demonstrates ability to provide approximately 350-450 lunches for each day during the RSD period. Lunches would be required during the RSD schedule for example: 9 & 10 APR 22 14 & 15 MAY 22 2-5 JUN 22 6 & 7 AUG 22 10 & 11 SEP 22 1 & 2 OCT 22 5 & 6 NOV 3 & 4 DEC 7 & 8 JAN 4 & 5 FEB 4 & 5 MAR DISCLAIMER: This sources sought notice is for informational purposes only and IS NOT a request for proposal. VENDOR RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: It is requested that vendors respond to this sources sought notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement for performing meal services.
