This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 811111 and the size standard is $9 Mil. Solicitation number W50S8E-23-Q-0016 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 Effective February 14, 2023.
