This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for P-26 Fire Truck Tank Repair for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 339999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation number W50S8E-22-Q-0016 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 Effective September 23, 2022. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to perform fire truck water tank repairs on an existing fire truck. This requirement is for both parts and labor for the install - see attached PWS. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 30 June 2022. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form.
