Prevailing wages MUST be paid. **Total Small Business Set-Aside** The scope of work will include, but not limited to, the repair of two petroleum fuel dispensing systems, one petro gas and one diesel fuel. The installed new piping shall be threaded steel with steel unions, NOT BE WELDED, to allow for servicing and maintenance to be conducted in the future. Each side will require approximately 20 feet of piping, 40 feet in all, at a 1-1/2” pipe size (provided by Stewart ANGB). (2) petroleum specific 1-1/2” flex pipe specialty fittings which have been ordered by Stewart ANGB and will be on site for this contract. The contractor shall ensure all fittings are sealed and functioning properly. This includes ensuring all factory sealed fittings are functioning properly. The contractor shall install all required ¾” seal off’s on electric line from building to prevent fume backflow into structure. The contractor shall test the operations of diesel and gasoline pumps upon completion of repairs to ensure proper performance and no leaks exist. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all governing safety codes and regulations. Award will be made to the contractor that meets the above scope and requirements of the performance work statement.
