RFQ - Supplier shall manufacture Base Assembly (Part Number 7186-3) to specification within Technical Order 33AA14-2-11 required to mount our existing Universal Jack tester. This requirement is for the PART ONLY, no installation is involved. The Jack Tester is used by the Aircraft Ground Equipment shop to perform annual load testing on their twelve 60 ton aircraft jacks. Award will be made based on the best overall value presented to the government. The government will make that determination based on the following criteria: 1. Cost. 2. Delivery date. 3. Ability to meet Tech Order Specifications. The government reserves the right to make an award based on the above criteria and may choose to award based on other factors besides cost alone.
