It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible business firms that are capable of providing the service described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Quote. The NAICS for this requirement is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. All interested firms are encouraged to respond, regardless of business size. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The 105th Airlift Wing in Newburgh, NY currently has a need for accommodations for our upcoming Three Day Retreat for Marriage Enrichment of airmen and their spouse’s event. It is an event designed specifically for our military couples to facilitate a relaxing and romantic honeymoon like setting for couples to strengthen the marital bond. The dates would be 23-25 September 2022. Accommodation would include a two night stay, (estimated 20 rooms) a dedicated meeting room, 6 total meals, audio-visual equipment, and incidentals. Attached is a detailed list of all requirements. All interested offerors should provide a brief capability statement, which shall include, as a minimum, product literature, contractors business size and socioeconomic status, Cage Code and DUNS number, and a point of contact with name, title, phone and fax number and email address.
