This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 19.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D0FM1147AQ01 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking a quote to maintain the Range System with a preventive maintenance agreement for 1 year with 4 options years. This quote should include supplies needed per year as a separate line item. Please see attached SOW for further details. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible business firms that are capable of providing the service described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Quote. The NAICS for this requirement is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $38.5M. All interested firms are encouraged to respond, regardless of business size. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking sources to provide yearly preventive maintenance services in support of mission requirements. Maintenance services to include, the inspection, preventative maintenance, repair and/or replacement of the Individual Control Unit (ICU) model EF5, the CBN Drive Unit and/or its components, The CBN Target Carrier and/or it's components, the Monorail Track System, drive cable, and the Range Master Control System, the negative pressure HVAC sysem, lighting system, PA system, and all ballistics protection equipment to include the bullet traps.
