The 171st ARW of the PA Air National Guard, USPFO-PA, intends to award a follow-on contract action to acquire Additional Design Services from DRS Architects of Pittsburgh, PA, following a Code & Compliance Review on their original design for this requirement. This contract action is intended as a Sole Source under FAR 6 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Justification is posted in order to give other vendors notice and an opportunity to voice any questions or concerns regarding this J&A.
