STATEMENT OF WORK PROJECT: JLSQ192008 Repair Chiller B107 INTRO: The 171st ARW of the PA Air National Guard contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price contract utilizing FY19 SRM Funding to repair chiller equipment on an HVAC system. Pricing will be evaluated on an LPTA basis. No site visit is required or will be held. Period of Performance is 90 days After Date of Contract. SCOPE: The project requires all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to complete repairs to the B107 package chiller system at the 171st Air Refueling Wing in Coraopolis, PA. Contractor will complete all tests and certifications as required by Federal, State and Local laws. LOCATION/SITE VISITS: This project is located at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Base, 171st Air Refueling Wing, Pittsburgh International Airport, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108-4217. NORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION: Week 1: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday; Week 2: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Tuesday thru Friday. Work coordination dates will be accomplished after contract award. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Work shall commence as soon as possible after Contract Officer Direction/Contract Award and Notice to Proceed has been issued. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project is to remove and replace the compressors on the package chiller unit at B107. B107 requires replacement of two compressors, associated contactors, filter driers, and all 6 crankcase heaters. SCOPE OF WORK: ELEMENTS OF WORK BUILDING 107: 1. Recover and reclaim refrigerant charge: Recover and reclaim refrigerant charge from existing air conditioning unit and dispose of and/or filter and reuse IAW all Federal, State, and Local requirements. Disposal/Recycle reports are required as closeout documents. ALL R-22 refrigerant is property of US Government and shall be placed in provided government owned containers for return to the government. 2. Disconnect and remove existing compressors: Remove two existing compressors, liquid line filter driers, contactors, and 6 crankcase heaters. Dispose of IAW all Federal, State, and local requirements. 3. Furnish and install two new compressors: Furnish and install one ZR250KCETED965, and one ZR19M3ETWD961 Copeland compressors, including associated contactors, filter driers, and six new crankcase heaters. All electrical connections and wiring shall be IAW the National Electric Code (to include labeling requirements for high voltage and Arc Flash requirements). 4. Set up new system: Pressure test, evacuate and charge refrigeration system. (54 lb new, 108 lb recovered filtered R-22) Perform system start up per manufacturer recommendations. SUBMITTALS: Submittals shall include a Form AF 3000, Material Approval Submittal Form. The submittal must include a minimum of three copies of the required information. Submittals for Approval will have two copies of the required information retained by the Government and the third copy returned with the AF3000 noting disposition of the submittal. Close out Submittals shall have all copies of the required information retained by the Government.
