The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, has a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement for one (1) walk-in cooler and one (1) walk-in freezer as set forth within the attached product description. All interested offerors shall fully comply in meeting all of the product description requirements as set forth within product description. Award will be made to the responsible contractor conforming to the product description and solicitation requirements based on price only. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 effective 26 April 2022. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 423740, Refrigeration Equipment and Supplies Merchant, with a business size standard of up to 100 employees.? The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-3, Offerors Reps and Certs apply; along with, clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders. All offerors are required to have registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will make an Offeror ineligible for award. Pricing for one (1) walk-in cooler and one (1) walk-in freezer (per attached requirements) to include delivery to the 188th Wing, 4850 Leigh Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72903 with a delivery date not to exceed 150 days after contract award. 2. Spec sheet for the equipment identifying that it meets or exceeds the Government's requirements. 3. Completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications 4. Offeror’s must list the following on their quotes: UEI#, Cage Code#, DUNS#, SB status and POC info.
