The 188th Wing intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide 188th Wing Emergency Operations Center with audio visual upgrades. The contractor shall provide the needed equipment and installation as required by the specifications. The supplies will be acquired on a full and open, competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Aside. The required delivery date/instillation for this requirement is on/around September 15, 2022 through September 23, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334310 with a small business standard of 750 employees. Responses to the Requests for Quote (RFQ) have a closing date of 11 August 2022 at 10:00 AM. All questions should be submitted to the Contracting Office no later than 1 August 2022 at 10:AM.
