CPU Compartments shall be between 4 to 6 inches wide x 14 to 16 inches tall x 18 to 20 inches deep. This will allow for mounting the laptops in a vertical configuration. Notice: Each of the nine (9) curved desks shall include two (2) CPU compartments each. Each of the two (2) rectangular desks shall have one (1) CPU compartment. The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Emergency Operations Center custom training desks. 9 curved desks and 2 rectangular desks meeting the specifications listed in the attached statement of work. Refer to attached "Classroom 106 Design" for layout of classroom and curved layout. Award will be made based on the lowest price meeting the requirements within this combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Desks should be fully assembled and delivered to (installation is NOT required): 188th Civil Engineering Squadron, 4850 Leigh Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72903 Quote should be emailed to samuel.bond.1@us.af.mil and must include pricing for both line items and design details for the product.
