The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to issue a solicitation and award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Repair metal roofs and guttering for multiple buildings totaling approximately 63,000 sqft. This project will require mechanical re-seaming of CURA Adjust-A-Web Retrofit Roof Framing System. The roofs must be mechanically re-seamed and all fasteners, seals and weather stripping must be inspected and repaired to eliminate all leaking. In addition, the requirement will also call for the repair and/or replacement of guttering and downspouts of multiple buildings. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 8 June 2021. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Response Form (attached in this notice) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
