Provide and install new Leibert Fin/Tube Condenser Model #DCSF/DCDF415 in place of the current broken one (Must be this brand and model to match the existing system). To include: Recover any refrigerant that is still within the condenser or lines Disconnect all electrical and refrigerant lines Remove old condenser form current location Place new condenser in location of old condenser Reconnect all refrigerant lines Change all filter driers Evacuate the system down to the manufacture specifications Reconnect all electric and system controls Recharge the system to the manufacture specifications Test all systems for full functionality accordance to the manufacture specifications *Note* a crane may be necessary to lift the broken condenser out and place the new condenser into place. All questions need to be submitted by 24 August 2021 @ 1:00 PM CST Delivery and set up is to be completed 30 days ADC.
