The contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, transportation, tools, material, labor, and other items necessary to provide commercial internet services to the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Alpena, MI. The commercial internet service is needed to support between 200-1000 concurrent users throughout the base dormitory areas, base offices, and dining facilities. The CRTC will require a commercial internet fiber connection be delivered to the demarcation point in the area of the property line at building base main entrance. This commercial internet service shall be a minimum speed of 300 MPS up to a burstability maximum of a 1 GBS in accordance with the Description of Service (DOS)
