January 26, 2024 Update - Questions & Answers Current mailing situation(using stamps or current postage meter model) No stamps, we run mail through the machine What is the model of the machine? The machine we have is Pitney Bowes, DM475 Series What type of mail (letters, packages) will there be any packages being requested? We mail letters and packages, but anything over 70 pounds gets sent through TMO, nothing to do with the mail here. Is the total item being mailed per month 375? Total items, do you mean pieces of mail per month? I don’t know exactly, but it looks like last year was around 64,000 pieces, so that would mean about 533 pieces per month, which seems high, but I can’t find any other reports that say how many pieces per month.
