Combined Synopsis Solicitation: F5N2AM9330AW01 Aircraft Cleaning Compound MIL-PRF 879737 Type IV NSN 6850-01-506-7706 January 14, 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is F5N2AM9330AW01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular AC 2020-02, DPN 20190531, AFAC 2019-1001. This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325611 Soap & Other Detergent Mfg. This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set aside. The small size standard is 1,000 employees. Description of Requirement: The government anticipates awarding one single Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, permits, notifications, and all miscellaneous requirements to purchase: 3,000 Gallons of Aircraft Cleaning Compound MIL-PRF 879737 Type IV, NSN 6850-01-506-7706 The cleaning compound list of acceptable manufacturers can be found at: https://qpldocs.dla.mil/search/parts.aspx?qpl=2034¶m=QPL-87937&type=256 The Aircraft Cleaning Compound will be delivered in one bulk shipment via tanker truck to Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee Massachusetts. All quotes will be evaluated based on a LPTA (lowest price technically acceptable basis) and quotes should be sufficiently detailed in order to make that determination. To receive an award the offeror must be registered/active with no exclusions in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
