COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION F5N1CC1083AW01 EXFIL BALLISTIC SL HELMETS For WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE 14 May 2021 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Solicitation number: F5N1CC1083AW01 This solicitation is issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). The solicitation documents, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular AC 2021-05, DPN 20210224, AFAC 2019-1001 Revision 1. This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing Description of Requirement: The government anticipates one single award Firm Fixed Price contract. The contractor shall furnish all equipment as stated below for EXFIL Ballistic SL Helmets (or equal), with delivery within 30 day ARO.
