Combined Synopsis Solicitation: F5N0CC0128AW01 Meritech (Brand Name of Equal) Handwashing Stations 13 August 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is F5N0CC0128AW01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07-2, DPN 20190430, AFAC 2019-1001 Revision 1. This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set aside. This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. Description of Requirement: The government anticipates awarding one single Firm Fixed Price contract. Designed for high use areas (12-15 people per minute). One drain, one hot and cold water line, and a single power source supplies all bays. Self cleaning cycle runs once per day. Visible compliance monitor automatically counts number of hand wash cycles. Washes up to mid-forearm. LED light bar solutions level indicators. Electrical 160 Watts per bay. 0.6 gallons per hand wash cycle. 2 each 3/4"male hose. 12 GPM water flow. 40-100 PSI optimum water pressure.
